We have been really pleased with how Emily has looked after our (slightly nutty/nervous) lab Scrumpy. She absolutely loves going off with Emily and seems to really enjoy her walks. Definitely 5 star doggy service!

Sarah, me and most importantly Rusty, cannot rate Happy Hounds Highly enough!They have been there since the start, helping us raise Rusty. Sarah and i both work full time, Happy Hounds have been great at helping us look after our boy. Getting him home as a 9 week old puppy, we started with twice daily visits. Then as he became more energetic, we moved onto lunchtime walks. Ive been at home from work when the girls have come to collect him, he goes NUTS! Its great to see him so happy and we know he has a great time as we've bumped into Happy Hounds when we've taken Rusty out ourselves. They even let us tag along, he just loves playing with his mates.Happy Hounds have also looked after Rusty during a long weekend away in London. They sent us updates (Mum was dealing with separation anxiety!), one even from the Pub! More of a holiday for him really.All of the staff at Happy Hounds have been great, seeing Rusty so happy with them gives as such reassurance when we aren't around. I had the pleasure of spending the day with the Happy Hounds crew, and having heard positive things already, I was not disappointed. The girls have a genuine love for the dogs and are absolute professionals at all times. The interaction between the dogs themselves is also lovely to see. The day care barn is a fantastic place for the dogs 'hang out' and the locations for walks are perfect for the dogs to get stretching those legs. Overall, Happy Hounds deserves it's five stars. We LOVE Chris Williams and Happy Hounds. Having dealt with other companies, I can say unequivocally that the Happy Hounds' service is second to none. We buy our Nutriment dog food from them. It isn't enough to say that they are always responsive and deliver to our doorstep within our time-frame. On one occasion I contacted Chris to say that we had let our stock get perilously low. Though he was on holiday in Florida at the time, he responded within minutes and had the food delivered within hours. Their commitment to excellence is obvious in everything they do. Emily and the whole team at Happy Hounds did an amazing job looking after my Labrador whilst I was on a family holiday this summer. My dog usually finds it difficulty spending time away from home and my family, but not with Happy Hounds - he didn't want to come home!!! I would recommend Happy Hounds to any Winchester dog owners who need a helping hand because of work or family commitments. When I work a short day, Emily at Happy Hounds takes our dog Charlie out for a good run around midday. When I work a long day, Emily at Happy Hounds looks after Charlie all day. He gets a great walk somewhere fab like Farley Mount or Crab Wood and then goes back to Emily's house to chill. Emily drops him back off at mine in the early evening and I come home to a happy, relaxed dog. It's perfect. More...
