I got an appointment within 3 days of posting. My pale grey carpets were very grubby with several deep stains (coffee, red wine). A few of the very bad stains were still slightly visible after cleaning but overall I was very happy and the carpets looked fresh and bright - a MASSIVE improvement. Mikel was completely straightforward and honest when responding to my enquiry and answered all of my many questions. I added a large rug to his job list on Sunday afternoon, which he agreed to, bearing in mind the job was at 10am Monday the following day.
He was prompt and professional when he arrived and I can’t remember seeing someone work so hard to achieve the high standard his work produced.

Mikel worked really hard to get the carpet cleaned. One he couldn’t get the stain out, which had been there 2 years, but god did he try! !!!!
He really worked so hard. The rest of the carpet looks amazing!!!
