When Stuart came to install the new boiler, he did so with a minimum of fuss and completed the installation, making good the slight damage caused by the re-positioning of the boiler. Dean and Stu were fantastic, lovey men, they worked very hard non stop,they went out of their way to help, even to put things back in place, even the dog took to them lol would welcome them back anytime

Extremely helpful at the quote stage and communication was great. After having had to delay from initial quote for one brand of boiler (which was my fault) they had to find another brand as the original was no longer available. This was done very quickly and they found a good deal . for me. Installation was then carried out when promised and was done very well. Really pleased with the level of service and communication. Very dissatisfied with the overall customer care. Been without a working system for 8weeks after “installation”. Engineers regularly did not show up or made last minute changes to dates. We replaced our back boiler with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler, and replaced 5 radiators and had a 6th one fitted. The workmen where quick and tidied up as they went along. They covered our carpets to protect them which was especially good when the back boiler was removed . All this done in 3 days. We are very pleased with the result. More...
