My office consists of several APs (Ruckus) which weren't working efficiently. We had trouble connecting to it and using the other connected devices throughout the building.
I did consider replacing with a new system but after some testing, Jiri suggested configuration changes with all the related equipment rather that purchasing new equipment.
The Wi-Fi now performs faultlessly and has really improved our connectivity.
Jiri's approach yielded a cost-effective solution for which I'm very grateful.
After that success it was an easy decision to call GW-Tech again for the CCTV issues we were having.
Modern Ubiquiti cameras replaced the old system. The system is easy to work with, and remote viewing works well.

Jiri Wisiorek recently installed a new, high-performance wifi system in our house and garden studio. It performs faultlessly and has much improved our connectivity.
When our former email provider withdrew service due to equipment end-of-life, Jiri also migrated our emails seamlessly and rapidly to a new system he hosts and takes responsibility for. He installed a modern outdoor security camera system which is remotely accessible.
Jiri excels in problem-solving and thinking issues through well. He develops original, cost-effective solutions, and then takes long-term responsibility. We have been much helped by his readiness to jump in quickly to solve any new issues. On many occasions, he has “saved the day”. He is extremely conscientious and reliable.
We have quite demanding requirements of our IT systems, being actively involved in web site operations, writing and charitable activities. Overall, Jiri is by far the best IT support we have ever had.

What do you love most about your job?
My own rules. I can offer my clients what will work for them depending on their needs. Having my own business partners to choose from, I'm not obliged to promote only one brand, hence greater availability for my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for a big company I started to like Wi-Fi, I wanted to do it more that what I was allowed to do. Saying that the financial aspect is not one of them would misleading. For me, mostly the ability to choose the project I can work on is important, together with my own time management.
Why should our clients choose you?
This a hard one, I take every project as my own, meaning what would someone do for me? Always think of my clients as someone who has required service but also weighting the costs.

A lot of services can be done remotely those days. That includes a predictive survey for a Wi-Fi design, remote support, PSTN replacement solution or Broadband line. This also includes a VOIP telephone system installation and SIM network failover or other SIM services.
