I had the gutters on my house cleared about four weeks ago by this company. Today, Steve has cleaned all soffits, facias & my conservatory glass roof. I am very pleased with the completed work. Steve is an all round great guy. He is friendly, reliable and does a good job for a fair price. I had a gutter leaking at a join, and assumed the rubber had perished. It turns out, the guttering is beginning to sag because the supports have all been badly fitted. I have recently used Steve (Gutter Solutions Ltd) to sort out a couple of gutter issues I’ve had at my house recently. He’s a pleasure to deal with and I found him really responsive to my initial enquiry. He’s extremely friendly, professional. easy to deal with, turns up when he says he will and gets the job done with no fuss. Paid £90 on 21/09/2022 for gutter cleaning and the photo is from today 25/10/2022. What an amazing job you have done. As we can not check the work you think is ok to deceive your customers like this? Glad I did not go forward with the recommended gutter replacement as it seems all was needed was a bracket adjustment. After 2 years a problem that Gutter Solutions created has not been solved. They have been out various times to resolve, but do not seem able to solve the problem. Another roofing problem the company attempted to solve was not fixed. Had to get another company to resolve this problem. Gutter Solutions has now stopped communicating with us to resolve problems.
