Andy is great. From his very prompt initial reply and subsequent meeting with my son, he quickly got a sense of how he wanted to learn - ie only songs he likes! He also adjusted the guitar to make it easier on the fingers. Andy's manner and enthusiasm are very encouraging, so the lessons are fun - enough to tempt a 16-year-old out of bed on a Saturday morning. Hopefully face-to-face can resume soon but in the meantime he's a dab hand at online teaching. More...

Andy has been really helpfull and always goes the extra mile. he has spent some time talking with my wife about lessons and has really given her the confidence to go ahead with her plans to play.
Andy has brought me from a standing start to being able to play blues and have some theory understanding. It's been fun and always feels tailored to my needs. I would certainly recomend Andy he has made something very daunting into an achievable fun new hobby for life.

Andy is the nicest, most understanding person. I am a retired Surgeon and due to some medical problems I am experiencing, I had to delay my lessons.

I love helping people who are really interested in music at any level.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At the age of 10 I heard a piece of music on the radio and decided to dedicate my life to guitar playing. The route I chose was a mixture of playing, recording & teaching.

I've taught online for over 12 years, so I am very well equipped & experienced to use this method. I provide music to most clients and can email or message music during and in between lessons. We can use pretty much any live video platform and to and from anywhere in the world. I currently teach people in the USA, Sweden, Latin America and of course all over the UK.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mainly I teach online unless you live within a short distance from Tewkesbury and are prepared to travel to me for lessons.
