We had been let down by 2 other companies. I called James, he was only too happy to help. He was professional and clear about what needed doing. He kept us informed of timings throughout the day. He was totally transparent about an early issue which meant he was later to us than expected, but still did not let us down. He completed our job at 8pm on a Saturday evening!
