What makes a great website?
A great website is one that attracts potential customers, is easy to navigate, and has a high conversion rate.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
There a number of key questions:
1. Why are you starting the project?
2. Have you a Business Plan? (It doesn't have to be complex)
3. Does you Business Plan include a sections for Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Finance?
4. What time can you commit to the project?
5. Who are your competitors?
6. Do you anybody who can help you?
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing a business succeed. From your initial idea to generating enough revenue to support you and your family, it is truly inspiring.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for many organisations in the past, both big and small. The most fun I had was when I was employed to troubleshoot offices throughout the world. My task was to find out why the offices (which were businesses in their own right) were not performing well. I thought this is fun, I can do this for any business, because the issues I found were invariably the same, lack of a plan, lack of communication or a key skill set missing from the business.

I have started a number of successful businesses, and grown several that have been sold for many millions. Ideas are Easy, Execution is Everything.

I offer services face-to-face or remotely. The original contact tends to be through one of the video conferencing facilities. I use Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, or Teams the video conference facilities offer screen sharing which is helpful when going through Business Plans and Growth Plans
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid-19 all meetings have been held through a video conferencing facility.
