Definitely a 10/10 experience. Michael and the boys are lovely people with a brilliant work ethic, they worked longer shifts than I thought they would and repaired some things in my garden that had nothing to do with them. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Michael Nolan and his team delivered an excellent job in finishing my garden but left out some critical piece of work related to lighting which was faulty from the day it was installed. He then promised to return and rectify the job but never came back. I had even made the full payment trusting that he will finish the job but he just stopped responding to my calls/messages or even would hang up on me once he heard my voice. It’s been almost a year now and I habe stopped chasing him. I had referred him to many of my friends some of whom had also given him jobs to complete but I regret that now. Just discovered on another WhatsApp group that he multiple other people have had a similar experience with this company.
