Loft Insulation Services
We install the required thickness of loft insulation needed to keep your home in line with present building regulations. (Current recommendations are around 300mm.)
Other services include :
Cold Water Tank Jackets: All sizes (18", 29" and 48").
Hot Water Tank Jackets: All sizes (36", 42", 48" and 72").
Pipe Lagging: All thicknesses (15mm, 22mm and 28mm).
Loft Ventilation: Easy Vents only.
Loft Clearance: Clearance fees will apply. If there is a large amount to be cleared it may be advisable for you to hire a skip.
Boarding: Small storage areas, platforms and tank/boiler access only. (For complete loft boarding we recommend you use a qualified carpenter.)
Draught Proofing: Loft hatches and door hatches (for room in roof or loft conversion areas).
Spotlight Covers: If you have a lot of spotlights, we recommend covers. (Alternatively, the industry standard is to leave a 75mm gap around each spotlight.)
Timber Framing: If you have any party walls (most common in room in roof or loft conversion areas) it’s advisable these are done too
