Alan and his team have done a great job in the repointing and the application of the Stormdry to our walls. All work was done on time and with the weather in mind appropriate time left for the walls to dry off completely.
Alan will also be back in approximately 3 months to check Stormdry has been thoroughly absorbed by the walls.

We've had serious problems with heat loss since we moved here.
We've had new loft insulation but it made no difference.
I put an ad on the Bark website and only Alan's response was helpful. He came and did a full (free) survey, identified the problems, the proposed solutions and the cost.
They've done a fabulous job and, though they overran by one day, stuck to their quote.
We were told it would be three months to feel the full benefit but, four weeks after they finished, we are noticeably warmer.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Ive been involved in damp and insulation for years mainly with national companies,people put there trust in me ,but back then i had no control of who actually installed the work,sometimes that led to disappointment.Without trust there is nothing so that inspired me to set up from scratch a small team that mirrows me,
Why should our clients choose you?
Damp and insulation: there are not exciting topics:A lot of the work will be unseen and to a limited budget and yet it is my belief that corners cant be cut .I employ no salespeople ,contract managers etc.I deal direct with my clients from inquiry to completion .The goal is to exceed peoples expectations.

Not really when you are dealing in insulation,there are many products availiable ,a site visit enables us to diagnose and advise correctly ,imperative with damp issuses.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my workforce are supplied with protective masks ,suits and shoe coverings .Protective sheeting to walls and floors is paramount.
