Fully satisfied with removal of garden waste and trimmed several bushes .Very polite and friendly would recommend .Charges were great and reasonable

We were offered a good price and James was available at short notice to remove some conifers, trellis, associated plants, trimming a hedge back and also move some rocks for us. The job included waste removal. The work was done quickly and to a satisfactory standard, however we were slightly disappointed that not all the rocks were moved as requested which left us to do it, and not all the waste was taken away. I would probably use again but perhaps make my expectations clearer in the beginning. More...

I’m very sorry you feel this way sir but I made it very clear at the beginning I can only take a certain amount of wood as the tip I use only takes green waste I can get rid of a certain amount as I’ve been using it a long time you said you were happy to take what was left to the tip and in regards to the rocks this was a favour I wasn’t charging you to move those rock from your back garden to the driveway and as I’d moved a good 90 percent of them in the pouring rain might I add and only left the ones bedded into the ground I thought this was of benn satisfactory In future you do need to be more clearer if there’s something your not happy with tell me because if I don’t know I can’t put things right anyway I apologise wholeheartedly for any inconvenience and overall I hope you was happy with the job

Her good, clean work very reliable and came at the right time

James trimmed down a very awkwardly positioned tree in my garden and once finished removed all the trimmed branches. He did a great job and I will be using him again.
