I worked with this company for a short while and I’ve never known a company so petty and childish. My last wage docked £10 for uniform which I handed in on my so called trolley. I also had £6 expenses with no explanation (if keys) were left with uniform. Next you at 4am in morning, unprofessional. Are willing to lose all their staff due to one lady who is lazy and does nothing and on her phone. Complained and their response was “ she been here 10yrs with no days off “ this woman has complaints daily regards to her areas and I never did and the company did nothing about it. Firstly I would just like to say the date of experience doesn't go back far enough to the 1st day I started 17th of February 2023. I have found from day 1 what a different employer to anywhere I have worked previously, everybody made me feel welcomed, answered all my questions and if I needed to ask something I was unsure about there was always somebody there or on the other end of the phone. Also to my surprise Green Fox provide benefits which are actually useful to people which is a rarity in this current climate. Also I would just like to add on a personal level I suffer with anxiety and depression which I take medication for on a daily basis, 1 of Green Foxes benefits is a 24 hour counselor which has got me through some difficult times. Should you ever consider working for Green Fox cleaning I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere, this company has no compassion, sympathy or care of your welfare, in fact it is a brutal regime, it will severely stress you out from its demands and uncaring office staff who's only concern is its own bank balance. I always used to think whilst reading the reviews why has an employee never left a review ? After working for them I can now see why, green fox are total bullies and will do everything in their power to get you to work for them, they will lie to you, they will convince you that they will take care of you, all LIES !!!! We had a contract with Green Fox to clean our offices. Everything was fine for about twelve months. The lady that cleaned regularly left. After that a succession of replacements never worked and eventually we had to leave. Not the best experience. I thought that I had been fairly generous assessment of you service. In response to your reply. You did not end the relationship between us, I did. The reasons were many, we were visited by a member of your team who agreed wholeheartedly with our assessment of the substandard work that we had been subjected to. When the service did not improve we chose to take our business elsewhere. We gave you our required notice and from that point onwards, although people came to the premises at the allotted time the office was cleaned to an even lower standard than it had been. How long have you been in business?
We have been operating since 2016 and have experienced rapid growth since launching.
We provide cleaning services to many nationally recognised brands in all sectors, as well as independent businesses. We offer services from a single cleaner a couple of times a week, to cleaning teams with supervisors attending large sites every day of the week, 365 days a year!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We would normally provide all cleaning products for our clients as we know exactly which products work best at which type of venue, however can also provide a labour only service if the client has a strong preference for this.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having explored the market, it became apparent that many businesses employ the services of national cleaning companies, only to find there is no ongoing local support, no site inspections, and no one on hand in the event of any issues.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our client base includes small independent businesses, as well as nationally recognised brands including Cafe Rouge and Churchill Retirement Living.
We offer out of hours support 24 hours a day for clients. and will do our best to beat any other written quote should another company quote cheaper than us on a like for like basis!
We are members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science, who ensure the highest cleaning standards are maintained.
We are also THE selected cleaning company for educational premises throughout Hampshire and West Sussex for Educational First Services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our employees all take regular lateral flow tests. In the event of a cleaner feeling unwell, we have strict measures in place to protect both them and our clients. Our large mobile van support team ensures our clients will never miss a clean, even if thee regular cleaner(s) are unable attend.
