How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We motivate by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. We also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments, These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness.
We will also educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. It is very important that we take are time to evaluate your personal life outside of fitness this way we can figure out what kind of stress you may be putting on certain areas of the body during your every day lives so we can figure out a exercise program that suits you.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, consistency good balance diet and you have to have a real reason to why you want it. you have to find your why and once you have done that you are on your way
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others achieve there goal and change there lifestyle it is very rewarding about my job i like seeing someone going from not knowing to knowing what to do and seeing someone reach there goals
What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping others achieve there goal and change there lifestyle, its my passion and i wanted to build a business around something i love doing because it does not feel like work. i have come into this business with a passion to get results, help people change there lifestyle and mindset.

Because i am result driven and base my business about getting the result and changing mindsets I'm a trainer that prides myself on getting a person to there goal.
having worked with all types of body types and fitness levels i have the ability to work with all types of people and get them to there goal in the most comfortable and effective way.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide services online on zoom 1hr 121 sessions all client needs is laptop or a phone i ask the client what equipment they have available and work out a plan around the equipment they have along with some bodyweight exercises and cardio.
I also do sessions remotely i work out of two parks and do 1 hour 121 sessions. i have loads of equipment that enables me to provide clients with a gym like feeling outside.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
i have done a covid 19 safe certification. i make sure all equipment is wiped down before and after use i make sure i am social distance at all times of the session. i also give a min 15 gap between each session to make sure all equipment is clean for the next client.
