I recently employed Jamie to repair a leaking roof next to a chimney. The quote, one of three, was excellently presented, detailed and understandable. On accepting the quote Jamie wasted no time in organising the scaffolding and getting the job done. I was given several before and after photos which was much appreciated. After studying various proposals for the work on our chimney we chose Grandeur Heritage to do the work of fixing the water leak.
This proved to be a good choice: the scaffolding was soon erected and Jamie Poynton arrived to do the work. Lead flashing was replaced also some broken roof tiles. So far, in all this weather, the flat resident has not reported any more water coming in. We are pleased with the work done and the scaffolding has been forgotten.
If we get anymore chimney / roof leaks we know who to call.
