Graham responded to my "bark" within a short space of time and was lovely and friendly while remaining professional. We discussed the job and he estimated it would take two and a half hours, but it ended up double that, which I thought was totally fair, because I saw how difficult the job was and how hard he was working, and he certainly couldn't have done it any quicker.
