Grace has been my personal trainer for over a year. I was very overweight and nervous when I started training but Grace is extremely easy to get on with and has a great personality and sense of humour that made me feel very comfortable straight away. Her highly energetic, highly positive attitude along with her sense of humour makes even the toughest training sessions enjoyable. Grace never over works me but I always feel worked and that I have achieved something in every session. Grace is a great motivator. I’ll often turn up to PT sessions tired, but Grace designs workouts that are fun and don’t seem too much like hard work but are superb. We discussed my goals (losing a bit of fat and just generally getting fitter) and in 8 weeks I lost a stone and felt much healthier… cut the booze out and feeling great. More...

Grace is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I'd always had fitness goals previously but never seemed to achieve them with other PTs. I've been working with Grace for 18 months now and am as fit as I have ever been, physically and mentally which has had a positive effect in all areas of my life. We set goals and targets together and Grace meticulously plans our sessions which are always fun whilst challenging. Not only do we discuss training but holistic fitness, including nutrition, recovery and general wellbeing.
