What do you love most about your job?
Taking a look at the finished product after a job well done is pretty satisfying. I enjoy driving by previous jobsites and looking at the roof systems I helped install.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The first thought that comes to mind regarding what inspires me is the sense of accomplishment seeing a project through from start to finish. Working with clients to make sure they get the end product they want while maintaining a safe environment for our team and the individuals inside the building is inspiring. With every project being different, it is just fun!
Additionally, I love the constant innovation and technological advancements made in the roofing industry. There is always something new to learn and apply to make our jobs easier in the office and in the field.
