GoStudent tutoring

Seems to be a con for all concerned. Impossible to get out of the contract. I've spent 4 months so far and am still being charged. Incompetent CS have failed repeatedly to set the parent account as separate from child's, lessons paid for and lost by their system, lied to by support staff and bombarded by sales people when asking to cancel.
Tutors equally badly treated as expected to give free trials when the company is paid.
Contacted by the company below and told it was resolved. It was not. One customer service member told me the account would be closed. Repeatedly contacted and asked not to. Messaged to say money will continue to go until February! Now November! Not resolved as far as I am concerned. Not when I asked to close the account
repeatedly.
Update. They have put me on a 15 month contract and days for anyone to get back to you and then when they do they lie. More...

Not the best WeWork due to it being packed and too noisy. This work space gets crowded very easily and it's difficult to find a quiet space because a lot of people take conference calls in the communal areas, desks and quiet room and WeWork doesn't do anything to encourage people to use phone booths. Even with phone booths there is no proper sound proofing, it's still very loud. Some days there are way too many dogs and that can also contribute to the busy loud environment. There's potential for this WeWork but there needs to be some sort of measures. The Wifi is also not perfect and can be a bit slow. Arrived here for a meeting and waiting in reception/ the coffee area. I went to charge my laptop using a socket in reception and was told by the receptionist no charging was allowed ! Still trying to figure out if it’s wind up!!! Are they serious. A building full of tech companies and you can’t charge up waiting for a meeting… I travelled internationally. Building was good pre-covid but the upkeep has gone completely downhill, like they aren’t even trying anymore. Gates broken, elevators broken, escalators broken, coffee machines broken, water dispensers that take 5 minutes to fill a bottle, elevator keypads broken. And not broken for a day - Broken for months. Clearly pencil pushers are running the show now and a clear instruction has been given to slow down or don’t do any repairs. Very efficient with good communication. Although too early to say how much benefit my daughter will achieve as only had one session so far.

The vibe of this place is amazing and I'd definitely work in this space if I'd get the opportunity to do so. The reason I visited this place was because of a company that works in this space and they gave a very fun presentation about themselves, the work they do, and everything around it.
