I have just finished 12 weeks of the zonal facelift with Julia. The sessions were great for my wellbeing. Julia took time to explain what each sessions would involve in a calm and friendly way. I even learnt reflexology which has helped my overall emotional and physical needs. My skin is brighter and is glowing. I had thought about going down the Botox route but I am glad I didnt. I first started seeing Julia at about 25 weeks pregnant suffering with horrible hormonal headaches. She set me up with an affordable reflexology pregnancy programme to take me right up to labour. Since seeing her my headaches have reduced dramatically, I've had little to no puffiness/water retention, had no problems sleeping or with discomfort and have remained relaxed and active throughout, I now feel calm and ready to deliver our first baby. Yes, I offer counselling via Zoom. I have a license so hour long sessions are available. There is no requirement for clients to have a license.
