AVOID!!!
They ripped me off and took over 10 months to repair my computer. On top of that, they threatened me!
Got a Mac dropped off to get fixed because it was shutting down itself.
A few weeks later got a call that the battery and fan got replaced and the bill is £200 +tax and I can pay £200 if I bring cash.
The computer still was shitting down. The repair took 3 months! I was charged £112 again in cash.
Then the battery disappears from the machine and then the computer has been with them from 31.01.22 until today 25.07.22. I tried multiple times to get in touch and asked to get it back, but I was ignored or given a time when they did not show up.
Today I got my computer dropped off by an aggressive woman who tried to rip away a replacement computer they have provided me with (which was not working properly and had a broken charger with it, I had to get a charger for it myself).
And I just wished to check if the battery was new in the mac she was dropping off. She laugh at my face when I asked her for a partial refund and I am pretty sure she would have gotten physical if I would have not told her that I am recording that.
This has been the worst thing I have experienced for a while. Rather than saying sorry for taking 10 months to fix the computer and offering a solution I was shouted at and insulted.

Our computer crashed on a weekend. Graeme was willing to come out on a Sunday (we don't have a car) but we told him Mon. would be fine. He was punctual, polite and professional. We had contacted several other places and none of them seemed to want our business. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I rang and was invited to drop in my computer at short notice. I needed my computer urgently and explained the issue over the phone. I was given hope that my computer was in fact repairable, despite it being as dead as a dodo. I called to the company and was invited in, my computer was fixed, the process explained and I was sent away a very happy customer.
