Overpriced breakfast that was not even hot - no sauces as the delivery hadn’t arrived and not told until breakfast delivered to table. Customer service average and no excuses as wasn’t busy More...

Me and two friends went for just some cake and coffee. I called up a day before to book a table on a Sunday and was told we didn’t need to book for just cakes. When we arrived we where told they only have people for roast dinner on Sundays and I explained about the phone call, so he sat us down about 20mins after we got our cake and coffee we where told we had to leave in 5 minutes as they had somebody coming in for the table we had to leave without finishing our drinks or cake and paid full price. This was absolutely disgusting behaviour and a waste of money More...

We had a voucher for afternoon tea and ordered a take away. It was absolutely delicious and so fresh. The tray was impeccably laid out and had a varied choice of sandwiches, savoury pastries and cakes. Also we had a choice of scones to choose from. We settled on fruit and had a small pot of jam and a tub of cream. We even had some tea bags!! All in all it was wonderful and we will definitely be ordering a takeaway tea again. Well done to the staff and thank you. More...

Was brought here on my birthday for afternoon tea which was wonderful. The view out the window was very picturesque. We did have to wait a while for the food to be prepared but it was so worth the wait, everything was fresh and tasty. We were quite late in the afternoon and the choice of scones was limited so we chose one of each and shared so we all had a taste of each and I can honestly say they were all delicious. My only criticism would be the tiny cups of coffee one cup is included in the price but it's so small and needed to order a second cup. I would definitely recommend coming here. More...

We booked in for afternoon tea today (27/9) I have to say that it was absolutely scrumptious and the whole experience was superb! The table setting was very well presented, the sandwiches, the savoury selection and the cakes were so delicious! We were even given the option of fruit, cheese or raspberry and almond scones! The staff were attentive and made sure we had plenty of tea and coffee - Thank you to all of the team at the tea room for a lovely experience! If you haven’t been, we highly recommend visiting! Visited with my family for an early lunch yesterday. We all had different things and everyone left satisfied. My partner was especially impressed with the jacket potato, labelling it one of the best things she has ever put in her mouth. All in all this is a great spot close to Kettering and Rothwell with great access to the A14 More...

Good views, ordered a panini but gave the wrong order. When I challenged this and they said nothing, I accepted the order but asked for the chips that were due with my order, this was given. Later, told, they put the wrong order through and I now had to pay for the chips they gave. Also told no coleslaw available which comes with our order. They should have checked and looked into the order then, rather than wait for us to finish and charge us extra. Just not very nice. More...

Lovely little place to eat. Took my girls for an afternoon tea. Arrived and told there would be a wait of around 20-25 minutes. ..not bad...even better when we were sat 10 minutes later! Bonus! I ordered an afternoon tea for myself and wanted 2 little glebe lunches, yes it states for 12 and under, however, I have a very fussy 17yo and was told very rudely by our waitress that no she can't have it, we are very strict on our policy and there is no movement or leeway. Fair enough, but when informing her that my 17yo is fussy again she said no we are very strict, no sorry or apology given. I get there is an age limit, but working in hospitality myself, I know there can be some discretion given. The lady was rude, dismissive and just felt like she didn't want to be there. And this came across in the way we were spoken to. I would visit again as the food was fresh and delicious. You can see the care and love within the food served. Well done to the kitchen team. Younger servers were helpful and smiley so this helped the experience a little. More...

We visited Glebe Farm Tearooms and thoroughly enjoyed our time there the food was good and worth the trip there. Based on that we decided to buy gift voucher for afternoon tea for our friends, unfortunately this was not a good experience. After waiting too long for the voucher to arrive I contacted the office who said there was nobody there on Monday but would call me around 9am on Tuesday, once it got to 11 am no calk so contacted again. The young woman I spoke clearly would gave preferred not to take the call. No apology for delay just said it was still pending no help to me, after I pushed she said she would take the voucher and post that day which she did and I received the next day. The overcharge on postage and attitude was not acceptable. So I would not use this service again but Hooe our friends enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. More...
