Jim and Andy removed current tv , replaced it with new tv and mounted old tv in bedroom with a minimum of fuss. They also helped us with tv set-up, which helped us a lot as we are not tech minded. Would not hesitate to use them again

What can I say mmm Jim and his team have done an absolutely amazing job. The previous rewiring was a mess and really challenged Jim’s knowledge, expertise and patience. He always made sure we were left with power over night and the house was left as tidy as possible while doing a whole house rewire and us still living in the house. The job was done with minimal damage to the walls with other routes found where possible. I thought I needed a house rewiring but they confirmed that wasn’t required (all the other companies priced for a rewiring job without checking if it was actually required). Very prompt and quality service by Graham Electricals

was meant to get a partial rewire after they came out to view the property but we ended up with just a new fuse board and a change of sockets and light switches. no rewire! (plus an external light and socket in two days) for £2500

Alan, I replied to you on Friday there and told you Jim has had health issues and has been in hospital and asked if you were free this coming week to rearrange and you did not reply. We have not refused to come back out or ignored you in any way. If I did not reply to you sooner I apologise however I think you’d agree that family members in hospital is a priority. In any rewire, when switches and sockets are changed over, plastering is required. There were no wires hanging out the ceiling or wall when we left and you didnt mention that when you emailed and raised your complaint. We also added in new sockets in every room except the kitchen, not just change existing sockets over. The lights in the living room, we explained to your son that the cabling to these lights had been cut and in order for us to reinstate these, we would need to lift the carpets and floorboards in the bedroom and chase the wall where the original switch was. We told him that the paper on the ceiling would be damaged and we discussed what he was going to do with the paper pn the ceiling and he said he would replace it so we said we could reinstate the lights when he was ready to do that. I would like to apologise for the mess in the hall. This was caused when chasing the walls for the outside light and we did put dust sheets down however we should have spent more time cleaning this up. Everything we did we discussed with your son in detail and none of these issues were raised at the time.
