Gina has been working with my daughter for the past few months, and the change has been truly incredible. She’s become so much more confident, calm, and overall happier. We’ve noticed she’s coping better with her emotions, and our relationship has started to improve because of it. Gina is a wonderful therapist warm, easy to talk to, and someone my daughter connected with straight away. We are forever grateful for the support you have given us Gina More...

I’ve had 6 counselling sessions with Gina and I honestly feel like a different person.
She works differently to other people I have seen and I like that because this isn’t just about talking but about resetting my nervous system and rewiring my thought patterns so that I feel calmer and more confident in myself.
My anxiety symptoms have eased tremendously.

I first went to see Gina when I realised there was some childhood trauma that was holding me back and it was affecting my relationships, particularly problems that I had with my mother which kept arising.

Gina took the time with me to really understand my pain and to guide me on a path that made me feel safe and validated.

Gina is a very empathetic and comfortable person to be around and I always felt she had my best interest at heart. Although I have moved away now we still have online session monthly.

I have been receiving Therapy from Gina for 2 months now. I initially signed up for a one off session and then decided to enrol on a more intense 90 day program because I have had a lot of unresolved trauma and grief in my life that until now I had avoided. This led me to become a very anxious person. Feeling of low self esteem and not fully accepted and feeling anxious in my chest regularly. When I started working with Gina my symptoms were at a high. She has truly made me see things differently and feel much calmer and more loving and accepting of myself. There was initially a lot of crying and grief that I needed to let go of and I needed to give myself permission to do that whilst it was acknowledged and felt safe to do so. Now I feel like I’m really on my healing journey it’s been a really thorough and empowering process and I’m so pleased I signed up to this. For the first time in a long time I’m able to fully trust myself and look forward to what’s to come. More...

Q&As

Ultimately helping others let go of pain in a safe space and to eventually feel happier, healthier, empowered and worthy is the reason i do what i do. Life is complicated and can be really tough at times, sometimes even cruel. By offering support, a safe space and guidance I hope to help every one of my clients live the life they deserve.

I started my practice to reach those who are struggling to find the right help and guidance that suits their individual needs. Mental health issues and anxiety along with other life challenges is at an all time high and unfortunately the right help isn't always available on the NHS.

I create a safe calm space and meet clients where they are at, My work is varied, along with traditional talking therapies I also use a variety of techniques to calm the nervous system and if necessary may bring in some neuroscience based work to look at rewiring thought patters and limiting beliefs.

I provide my clients with therapy online remote or in person.

Services

The teenage years can naturally be a challenging time for both parents and young people. As parents, we often want to solve every problem and ensure our child is happy. Unfortunately, that isn’t always possible. Sometimes, teenagers need a safe and supportive space where they can express their difficulties and begin to navigate this complex stage of life.

I provide a warm and encouraging environment where teens feel comfortable to open up at their own pace. Alongside this, they learn foundational tools such as emotional clearing, Focusing, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.

I offer both one-off sessions and 90-day programmes, with all my work centred around deep, lasting transformation.

Childhood trauma can leave lasting imprints on the body, mind, and sense of self. Its effects can echo into adult life through anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles, or chronic overwhelm.

My therapeutic work gently supports individuals in processing and healing these deep rooted wounds. I provide a safe, non judgemental space where clients can begin to reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been shut down or ignored in order to survive.

Using a blend of somatic practices, breath work, Focusing, and nervous system regulation, I guide clients towards a greater sense of inner safety, emotional resilience, and self-compassion. This work isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about deep transformation and rebuilding trust with yourself, step by step.

I offer one-to-one sessions, as well as structured 90 Day programmes for those seeking a more immersive journey.

Grief is a deeply personal experience that doesn’t follow a straight line or set timeline. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life you thought you’d have, your emotions deserve space and support.

In my work as a grief therapist, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re feeling, without pressure to "move on" or "stay strong." Grief can bring waves of sadness, anger, numbness, confusion, or even relief. All of it is welcome here.

Together, we’ll gently explore your experience, allowing room for the pain while also reconnecting you with your inner strength and capacity to heal. I use a blend of talking therapy, breath work, body-based practices, and nervous system regulation to help you navigate this time at your own pace. Whether you are newly bereaved or carrying long-held grief, you're not alone.

Anxiety Builds over time and eventually can have the ability to impact every corner of our lives. It can quietly take over and start impacting sleep, relationships, and our general sense of safety.

In our one-to-one sessions, we’ll safely and gently explore where your anxiety comes from and work together to create safety, acceptance, and compassion. Using breath work and body-based tools, I support you to calm your nervous system and break free from old patterns.

My aim is to support you to feel safe in all areas of your life. To empower you to take back control and help you feel more confident. To identify when Anxiety is present even if it’s not obvious and learning tools to calm it down and feel more grounded.

Sessions are confidential and offered online and in person.

Struggling with challenging relationships, whether with a parent, family member, or someone important, can deeply affect your wellbeing and sense of self. Feelings of abandonment, hurt, or misunderstanding often leave lasting wounds. It may be a manipulative or toxic cycle that keeps repeating, This can all be painful, debilitating and confusing.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore these painful experiences. Together, we’ll work to understand the deep impact of these relationships, process difficult emotions, and build healthier ways to relate, to others and yourself.

Sessions are confidential and available online or in person.

When a mother emotionally rejects her child, the impact can leave a profound and lasting imprint on that person's entire life. This form of rejection can cause significant emotional pain, potentially disrupting the nervous system and instilling a deep sense of unworthiness, shame, loss, and rejection. These wounds often lead individuals to seek validation from others and may contribute to attachment difficulties if left unaddressed.

In this therapy, we gently explore these painful emotions and work towards reshaping the neurological pathways they have affected, allowing space for healing and healthier emotional patterns to emerge.

I offer this therapeutic support on a one-to-one basis, as well as through my signature 45 day group programme Healing Daughters - Broken By Mothers, a powerful and nurturing programme designed to guide you through deep emotional repair and reconnection
