Gilly Overton (formerly Pearse) (MNCS Accred.) I offer affordable counselling for anyone struggling with their mental health and wellbeing. I understand that as adults with busy lives, it can be difficult to find opportunities to work through things that are causing us pain. My counselling sessions will give you the time and space to focus completely on what you need, without distractions, judgement or other pressures. Simply having the space to explore your troubles in confidence can help relieve and heal the symptoms of depression, stress or anxiety. I am trained in a variety of counselling styles and can closely tailor my approach to your specific needs, enabling you to heal and live with more self-awareness and self-compassion. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all. I offer a free 30 minute consultation online or in-person. My fees are £50 for an hourly session.
