During the lockdown it really helped to be able to have him online to motivate and continue training. What inspired you to start your own business?
My journey into personal training began with my own athletic pursuits as a football player and an athlete. This passion led me to a career in Sports Science, where I gained not only knowledge but also a profound awareness of the broader health challenges facing our society. I recognized the alarming rise in chronic illnesses linked to inactivity and poor nutrition, and this realization fueled my ambition to make a difference.
Gift McLaren Personal Training was born from a desire to combat these trends. It's not just about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals; it's about addressing the urgent need for lifestyle changes that can prevent or mitigate health issues related to physical inactivity and dietary habits. Having experienced the benefits of proper fitness and nutrition throughout my years as an athlete, I felt a strong calling to share this knowledge and expertise.
