Getyouonlibe is a company which listens and delivers on the brief it was given. A collobarive approach which has allowed a very positive experience as we came to Paul and his team at Getyouonline at a moment of crisis. We had invested in a Wordpress website which was launched in December 2018 and was immediately corrupted due to complete lack of diligence by the original developer. To be honest I was floored and broken.An initial in-depth discussion with Paul led to Faye being appointed as the lead and she coordinated the construction of the new site.I had a number of meetings with Paul which were all accommodated during times which didn’t have any disruption for our business. I’m a bit a full on and Paul helped keep me focused on the priorities of the website.We have reset all of the emails and have created a WiFi hotspot at the practice which was taken care off easily by luke, another team member.After an inital survey, Luke came to the practice very early to keep disruption to the daily workflow which was greatly appreciated.We now have full control of the website and will work closely with Faye in the coming months to optimise and allow the best experience for website visitors by allowing us to be receptive to the interaction they have.Sincere thanks goes to getyouonline in restoring our online presence and also my confidence.
