I honestly can’t recommend him enough. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I needed help getting a new washing machine into my home, and he handled everything with care—from unloading it from the van to carrying it up a narrow passage without any fuss or damage.

What really impressed me was that he didn’t just drop it off and leave. He took the time to help me disconnect and remove the old machine, which was bulky and awkward to move. He then made sure it was properly disposed of, saving me the hassle of figuring that out myself.

To top it off, he stayed and helped plumb in the new machine, making sure all the connections were secure and that everything was working properly before he left.
