However, his talents extend far beyond photography. Peter is also an expert in organisational culture. One of his notable projects that he has led for us was capturing the vison of Our Distinctive Culture (ODC): People, Places and Processes in each setting.
We showcased his work in a 99-photograph exhibition at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham, which was not only a brilliant event but also highly effective in launching ODC across our Trust. These photographs were then distributed across our schools, making a significant impact.
