I had major problem with my iMac. Contacted Chris ar general Geek and within 24 hours I had a visit from Andy the engineer, there was no intakes of breath, or stories of horrendous costs just a few tests and a solution, within another 24 hours I had a written quote and a time scale of how long it would take. Amazingly, three days later I collected my iMac which is now running faster than Usain Bolt. I have a very old iMac which recently died on me and wouldn't turn on. After two different Mac repair companies told me that they couldn't help, a friend of mine recommended General Geek. I'm so pleased I got in touch with them. The guys at General Geek diagnosed the problem, ordered the required part and fixed it.
