What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people realise just how much they're capable of. There’s something really special about guiding someone through their challenges, seeing the moment when they break through their own limits and start to believe in themselves. I’m passionate about helping professionals and entrepreneurs step into their fullest potential, whether that's in their business, career or sometimes in their personal life. It's the transformation, the shift in confidence, and seeing people achieve more than they thought possible that makes what I do so fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was a deep desire to follow my heart and make a real difference in people’s lives. After spending over a decade in senior leadership roles in the corporate world, I realised that my passion lay in helping people grow, both personally and professionally. I had my own breakthrough moment in 2019 after overcoming some challenging times, and that experience showed me the power of personal development and coaching. I knew I wanted to build something that gave me the freedom to work in a way that truly aligned with my values which are trust, courage, and connection, while helping others do the same. Starting my own business felt like the perfect way to combine my skills, experience and passion to empower others to build their best future.

I also offer, where relevant, online resources and tools to support your growth between sessions. Whether we're working on your business strategy, leadership skills or personal development, you'll have access to everything you need to stay on track and achieve your goals, all from the comfort of your own home or office.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep my clients safe from Covid-19, I’ve shifted the majority of my services online, ensuring that all coaching and consultancy can be delivered remotely via video calls. This allows us to continue working together effectively, without the need for in-person meetings. For any necessary in-person events or sessions, I follow the latest health and safety guidelines, including ensuring that venues adhere to social distancing measures, offering hand sanitiser and limiting group sizes where needed.
By providing flexible online coaching, I’m able to maintain the same high level of support while keeping everyone safe and comfortable during these times.
