What do you love most about your job?
I am originally from Devon and have just moved back to the U.K again with my partner, 2 crazy children and 2 big dogs after spending a whopping 23 years in Spain.
I adore weddings. Ever since I was a bridesmaid for the first time aged 5 I have had the wedding bug. That, combined with a huge family, meant that weddings were something we attended regularly and the excitement surrounding such a special day has always made me smile and feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Quite simply, I love the way that couples can choose to do something completely different from the “norm” and make their wedding something amazing and personal to them. It is truly inspiring. I feel that weddings/ceremonies and other celebratory milestones should always be really joyous and meaningful occasions tailor-made to reflect your uniqueness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working as part of the awesome Malaga Minister team spreading love all over the Costa del sol for the past 7 years. My family and I made the decision to relocate back to the UK at the start of 2023 and I decided that I love my job as a celebrant so much that I need to continue on my celebrant journey here in the UK helping lovely couples create the best ceremony ever.

Not only will they receive a bespoke and personalised ceremony for their special day, but they will also have someone who is well experienced in leading ceremonies and making sure that they have everything just as they want it to be for their big day. Getting married is huge and I am there to take the stress away from the whole ceremony part of the day and just make it a joyous and memorable start to the rest of the day!

I can certainly have meetings with couples remotely and online. In fact it is sometimes the easiest for everyone to be able to commit to a zoom or teams meeting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During 2020 and 2021 I was well used to adhering to making sure customers were safe from Covid-19.

Bespoke personal funeral ceremonies that can be created and tailored to reflect the unique personality, beliefs and interests of your loved one.
Vow renewal
A vow renewal is a beautiful way to celebrate your marriage and reaffirm your commitment to one another. It can mark a significant anniversary, or perhaps a birthday.
Some couples might choose to reaffirm their love after a time of poor health or difficult times and have come through it stronger and even more united. It can simply be a way to do your wedding day all over again, but do things differently and have your children and maybe even grandchildren there for the occasion.
Whatever reason, we will work together to create an incredibly special and memorable vow renewal ceremony.

Commitment ceremony
A commitment ceremony is an alternative choice to a wedding celebration ceremony. It is crafted and tailored to be as unique as you and your relationship. A way to publicly affirm your love and commitment to one another with a ceremony surrounded by friends and family without the legal marriage or civil partnership. It can be as simple or as fancy as you like and can follow either a more traditional feel with the exchange of rings and vows, best man and bride tribe. Or, it can be a completely unique occasion with alternative outfits and roles for special people. The best bit is that there are no rules! This is your ceremony and it can be held anywhere and at any time in a venue or place that is special for you.
Naming Ceremony
A naming ceremony is a beautiful way to welcome a new life into the world and is a lovely alternative to a christening. It is also suitable for a child, or children of any age and can be held at any time.
It is a lovely way for parents to make lifelong promises and pledge their commitment alongside any significant others whom they choose to guide and support the child or children on their journey through life.
Blessing of the bump
What a truly delightful and meaningful way to bring a bit of a gorgeously lovely twist to your baby shower. As well as playing all the games and receiving everyone’s best wishes and perhaps even a cheeky gender reveal! We can work together to create a totally bespoke blessing of the bump, which can be written to reflect all of your hopes and dreams for you and your baby's future.
