I discovered hypnotherapy over twenty years ago as a client, & found it amazing,it is also a very powerful tool, my passion is now to share this with you, to enable you to eradicate any unwanted behaviour.

At your first session, it's all about finding out what you would like help with, & why.

It's an opportunity for us both to meet, & discuss what you wish to achieve, as well as answer any questions you may have.

More importantly it is to see if we both gel.

We all have busy lives, & from time to time, will come to a point where we need help & support in getting through a particularly difficult time.

Our minds are like a computer, they are programmed to function in the way in which they function, so when this dips, we simply need to find the cause & fix it, but treated as a human being.
