Awaiting installation in about 3 weeks time

I have been waiting 3 weeks for an engineer to come and fix my door. All I get is empty promises and no action. Very bad company to deal with.

The survey, quotation and ordering experiences were smooth and efficient, as was the installation. The doors look neat. The operation of the roller doors was slower than I expected, and this was especially noticeable on closing, as one has to keep the controller button pressed throughout closure, presumably due to the absence of sensors.

I have already given feedback regarding the purchase of my electric shutter door and am awaiting confirmation of registration for the two year warranty. I ordered the door on the 10th August 2022 and it was fitted on the 25th August 2022. Everything from start to finish was carried out by Mike in a professional and efficient manner. He worked on his own fitting it and he left my garage cleaner than when he started. The door has increased the "Kerb Appeal" of my property replacing a sad, many times painted up and over metal door whose wooden frame was past its' best. The new white UPVC surround and white roller-style door lifts the appearance of the whole house. An electricity supply cable had to be run the whole length of the garage and this has been very neatly fixed to the internal wall. The internal control box is very neat and together with the remote control keys is clearly marked and simple to use. The space I have gained inside the garage is tremendous - no more leaving "Clearance" for the door to swing up and back inside. All in all, I am Very pleased with the end result, consider it to be excellent value for money and would not hesitate to recommend you. Where to start..I got recommended by a friend to get a new garage door as he had 1 fitted by you guys so I rang up and a gentleman called Matthew from the sales team introduced himself and I asked a simple question about second hand garages and his tone changed and spoke to me like a piece of crap and said and I quote “FACEBOOK MARKET” twice he said that and I was so shocked with his tone and to be honest if they employ people who speak like that then am afraid this company holds no morals for customers as he was very rude and I will be notifying them to send me the recording and will play it all to those who think about getting a door from this company!!!!

I applied for a quotation visit, the rep rang the same day and an appointment was agreed. He turned up on time, gave me all the options and quoted a fixed price for the work. Quote was accepted an the order placed at his visit, was advised of an installation date. Installation date arrived, rep turned up on time, installed the door , showed me how it worked and left site. Site was left clean and tidy. This was a very professional service from start to finish and I would recommend this rep to anyone. Garrolla you have a good product so don’t let yourself down with a poor customer service my door was installed February 2021no problem a couple of weeks ago it started to make horrendous creaking noise my wife insisted I didn’t use it and told me to ring the company which I did surprise surprise no reply so I left a message and my contact details after a week nothing I looked at the problem and repaired it myself rather difficult when your in your late 70s and suffer with Parkinsons but it works perfectly.
