I am a professionally qualified, experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor based in Leicestershire. I have over 23 years of experience working within a wide range of wellbeing, therapy, health & fitness industries. I have a humanistic approach to therapy; I have collated my knowledge from several different therapeutic disciplines which has helped me blend a unique approach for my clients.
