Gainsborough Home + Garden

We have just moved into a new property which had a rather overgrown garden and literally couldn’t see the floor due to the overgrowth at the back half. Got a few quotes to clear/cut back some shrubbery & trees (leaning at dodgy angles so likely to come down at some point). We went with Gainsborough Home and Garden in the end. We were not let down, he worked like an absolute trooper to get it done in a day. Garden looks so much bigger and we can now access it properly. Plus he removed all the green waste for disposal. Not only are we happy but our small doggo is happy to have lots more space to roam about in.
I am genuinely impressed and couldn’t recommend highly enough. We certainly will be calling on him again when we make final decision on how to landscape now we can see what we are working with. Only thing I am sad about is that I didn’t think to take a before picture just to document the huge change! Honestly has made me smile to see such a fantastic change and I cannot recommend highly enough. I do think it’s really important to support the local businesses especially when they deserve a bit of praise as online is where I tend to look for the honest company reviews when I need a specific service/recommendation hence me writing this review.
Would also 100% use again for our landscape/gardening needs and will likely be calling upon in a few months once we make a final decision on how we want the overall garden layout to look More...

They asked for nominations for a garden clear and my mum nominated me and my children as I have been struggling to keep it maintained due to back problems and mental health. My garden is absolutely massive so it’s a huge struggle! Tony came over and said he would like to help and do our garden and get it in a better state so my children can play over the summer and honestly i was so emotional and burst into tears 😂 he came a couple of days later due to weather being typical British weather, and him and his son cracked on and completely gutted it! They were so kind, so sweet, so caring. Tony is an amazing man and gardener and I will 100% be calling on him again in future when needed! Incredible gesture that meant the world to me and my children. We can now enjoy our summer! Thank you Tony and your son (and thank you Buster for the sniffs and cuddles!😂) I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get any garden needs. More...

Tony was hired to try to repair and shape my extremely damaged hedge that was full of brambles and every other invading plant you can think of! Tony removed a large hedge for me and I found him to be polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. He worked extremely hard and removed all the large roots leaving no mess behind. I would highly recommend him.
