Georgia is honestly the best PT I could have asked for! Not only are sessions with her challenging and effective, but they are also full of motivation and encouragement. Over time I’ve seen huge improvements in both my physical and mental health. Georgia has been my Personal trainer for a few months and I’ve seen such a difference in my strength and mobility already.
She is amazing at tailoring workouts for my specific build and composition which tells me that she knows exactly what she’s doing. She works so well at helping me meet my goals by being patient yet motivating at the same time and I’ve struggled so much in the past to find a personal trainer that is able to do that.
She’s extremely trustworthy and reliable and she’s everything a pt should be and more!
I’m Very grateful to have Georgia help me meet my goals and I recommend her to all my friends

I have had personal training with Georgia for the last two months and even such a short time, I can feel a difference in my well-being. I’ve noticed that it is much easier for me to hike and I recover more quickly than before. I feel more comfortable in my own body too.

As for sessions, I’m always eager to come and do my best because I know Georgia will help me through the session and cheer me on! Our sessions have become an important part of my week and I can’t imagine my Mondays without them now.

Training with Georgia over the past few months has been an incredible experience. She has helped me feel more confident at the gym and stronger with every session. Georgia Sharma is my PT. She is the best decision I ever made. I needed to improve my health, fitness and wellbeing but am not a gym bunny. Georgia has embraced and worked with my fitness and endurance levels for the last 5 months and I have already seen a vast improvement. She is a very patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer. She irons out any physical issues such as a shoulder I thought was frozen which through her is completely mobile now. She works with areas that need strengthening with ease and proves results. She always knows how much to push and vary so the sessions are never mundane.I am 57 so Georgia is more then capable of standing her ground regardless of age . She is a pleasant human being to boot .
