Future group were very quick to respond
Whilst here they explained the cause of dampness was down to condensation and unlikely to be rising damp they treated the wall for us with mould repellent and advised what we should do to help prevent it reoccurring
All of this has saved us a considerable amount of money
They are most definitely not a rip off company and I would recommend them to anyone needing damp advice
