Bad experience. Was in my home 10 minutes before deciding my electrics were highly dangerous and needed urgent rewiring. I stupidly paid more than £1000 for him to fit a new fuse box. Upon telling people about him I began hearing very negative things about his tactics and work. I cancelled his work after a very rude uncomfortable talk on the phone. He refused to give me a full refund or even a reasonable refund. I eventually got my money back through claim-back which citizens advice told me about. He is known to trading standards and to many local electricians and builders and regularly uses the same misleading and aggressive tactics that he used on me. I contacted Mark as I had an emergency situation in my work place. As soon as he realised the person that I support was vulnerable he went out of his way to help. He sorted the problem out within a couple of hours on the day I contacted him. He was so efficient and thorough that he came back a few weeks later to fit a new fuse box. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Terrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. My advice If you do use Mark for anything, keep good records and get everything in writing. Do not leave him alone in your home, do not pay him for anything you haven't seen and find a suitable professional to check what's up to code afterwards. Great business, removed electric supply to an old shed and set us up to repair and replace fuse box and other issues. Took the time to explain to me what was needed and was very helpful and upfront about costs! Would highly recommend.

I had work done by Mark on a personal rural property with difficult access (nothing to do with the Parish). The service was top notch. Brilliant service from start to finish , responded to the job ad within 20 minutes of posting, went above and beyond with installing new sockets and putting wires behind a wall to mount my tv, even helped me with the plastering and putting the mount on itself, learnt a lot from watching Mark work!
