What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is seeing the tangible difference our work makes in people’s lives and environments. Whether it’s empowering communities or witnessing the ripple effect of positive change, every challenge we tackle brings immense satisfaction. Building connections and knowing that our efforts contribute to a better future drives my passion every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
FSEC was born out of a passion to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Witnessing the struggles faced by marginalised communities and seeing the transformative power of education, empowerment, and employability inspired us to take action. We realised that teaching English and equipping individuals with skills to thrive could bridge gaps and create opportunities for people to step into a brighter future. The idea of combining grassroots initiatives with global awareness motivated us to build an organisation where social and environmental change goes hand in hand with empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Why should our clients choose you?

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Absolutely! At FSEC, we believe in reaching and empowering individuals no matter where they are. Many of our services, such as English teaching, educational programs, employability training, and empowerment workshops, are available online. We use platforms like video conferencing, learning management systems, and interactive tools to create a dynamic and engaging virtual learning experience. This approach ensures accessibility and flexibility, allowing participants to learn at their own pace and connect from anywhere in the world. Additionally, we offer tailored online programs to address specific needs, making our remote services just as impactful as in-person sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At FSEC, the health and safety of everyone we serve is our top priority. In response to the challenges brought about by Covid-19, we’ve implemented several measures to ensure safety while continuing to deliver impactful services.
• Transition to Online Programs: Many of our workshops, training sessions, and English classes are now offered online, allowing participants to engage from the comfort and safety of their homes.
• Enhanced Hygiene Measures: For any in-person events, we strictly follow health guidelines, including frequent cleaning, provision of hand sanitisers, and ensuring safe physical distancing.
• Flexible Scheduling: We’ve introduced flexible schedules for programs, allowing smaller group sizes and reduced in-person interaction.
• Covid-19 Education: We incorporate awareness about Covid-19 and health best practices into our empowerment programs, fostering community resilience.
• Remote Support Services: Our team remains accessible through virtual consultations, ensuring uninterrupted guidance and assistance to those who need it.
By adapting our operations, we’ve been able to continue serving communities without compromising safety.
