Frozen Fast Food Ltd manufactures a range of Halal products, ranging from Seekh kebabs, Samosas, Spring Rolls, Shami Kebabs, Peri wings and a variety of curries specialising in south Asian cuisine (Biryanis, Kormas, Vegetable Dishes etc.) We strive to use fresh ingredients for all our products, we also have a deep freeze system available allowing us to deep freeze products so they can be heated and served later saving hours in time for caterers.

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish would have to be Dum Biryani. Which is a special method of cooking biryanis where meat is cooked slowly for 3-4 hours allowing perfect meat texture and taste. it is a slow method of cooking but you are guaranteed a quality dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We try to work very closely with all clients, understanding our clients needs is key to our operation.

We love creating new ideas in the kitchen and taste testing is always a winner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Cooking for a large number of people has always been in my family. we have special family ingredients dating back over 50 years.

We should be chosen on the basis of the skill used to create our dishes. The time and effort taken weather it be a small function of 10-20 people or a large function of over 100.
