What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to use my expertise to support people to achieve the best versions of themselves, but was sick of the fitness industry trying to force intense diets and ridiculous workouts onto people that it didn't work for.
Fitness is a part of a happy life, it shouldn't be everything.
I want people to exercise because it feels great, and to eat cake because it tastes great. All of this is conducive with the fitness goals you have!

Yes, we use an app to send all diet and exercise plans straight to your phone, and we have weekly check ins to ensure accountability and make changes to the plans as required. These are personalised to you, not a 'one-size fits all' approach
