Due to unforseen circumstances we had to last minute cancel our original moving day, and when we contacted David to rebook he was able to fit us in the next day. From the moment he arrived, to the moment David and his colleague left we were thoroughly impressed. Fraser Removals exceeded my expectations in every area. My move went horribly wrong, with buyers not completing until 4. 30 pm and keys to our new place not being released until 5 pm. David and his team were a continuous reassuring presence on a stressful day. They moved everything with great care, dismantled and rebuilt furniture, and all while giving sage advice on how to speak with the solicitors on the day. What should have been a straightforward 4-mile move (and was quoted as such) turned into a 13-hour saga. David and his team remained upbeat, cheery and good-natured throughout. They kept us calm and reassured when they could easily have been a source of significant stress. Rather than rushing at the end of the long day, they took their time and continued to handle everything with great care. At the end of the day (9.30 pm), the quoted price hadn’t changed despite significant extra work. David’s parting words, “We’ve enjoyed our day; this is all part of the job”. Says it all really.
