I attended a community event yesterday and was genuinely impressed with the catering team. The food was fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with care you could tell a lot of thought went into the menu. Everything was well‑presented, and there was plenty of variety to keep everyone happy.The staff deserve a special mention. They were friendly, professional, and organised throughout the event. Even when things got busy, they stayed calm and welcoming, making sure everyone was looked after. It really added to the overall atmosphere.Overall, the catering service went above and beyond. Needed a caterer for a school Eid celebration. Had been following Fozia’s Kitchen for a while on social media so decided to give them a try after reading exceptional reviews. Well what can we say! Prompt responses from the offset..she came up with a fantastic buffet menu at a price that suited our needs and dietary requirements. On the day Fozia and her husband set up a beautiful buffet complete with floral arrangements. The food was delicious definitely a 10/10 especially the biryani and chicken jalfrezi. It went down a storm!!! Everyone raved about the food and loved that it was served hot in chaffing dishes. There was plenty of food for 30 people and still enough to take some home. Tried Fozia's food first time for Eid Party, Almost 60 people event. Authentic Lahori taste of food 😋I ordered chicken Biryani, Chicken steam roast, Zarda, Sandwiches tray. I am writing to express my disappointment with the food order we placed for our Eid event.Firstly, the delivery arrived one and a half hours late, which caused significant inconvenience. We had booked the hall for only four hours, and due to the delay, our guests—especially the children—were left waiting hungry for a long time. This was quite unexpected and affected the overall experience of the event.In addition, we were not satisfied with the quality of some of the dishes. The chicken biryani was made with low-quality rice instead of basmati, and the grains were unusually thick. The palak chicken tasted good; however, the quantity of spinach was very limited, making the dish unbalanced. The Hakka noodles also appeared to be made with low-quality pasta, which did not meet our expectations.Overall, the food quality did not match the standards we were expecting as compared to last year. We had Fozia cater for our Eid dinner at the University of Manchester recently. Words cannot explain how amazing she was which communication, planning and the whole service. She was very prompt with communication making conversation a lot easier. As I’ve never had to create a menu before she was super helpful and insightful as to what would work well. She and her team were very efficient at setting up and packing away. She has amazing attention to detail and specifically laid out decor that would match the theme of our event.To top it off the food was loved by everyone, with constant positive feedback and compliments throughout the evening. I recently had the chance to try food from this catering service and it was a great experience. The salad was amazing, fresh, and full of flavour. I will definitely order it again. I also tried the chicken roll which was really good. What I liked most is that the flavour was well balanced not too spicy and not too plain, so anyone can enjoy it easily.The chicken curry was also excellent.
