Therapeutic Counselling
Individual therapy for adults, teenagers or older children. Face to face therapy provided in Perth or Glenrothes (Fife). Therapy also available online. Specific experience in parenting, relationships, managing life events and transitions (adolescence, menopause, retirement, bereavement etc). Also further specialist qualifications in domestic abuse.
Counselling Supervision
COSCA Counselling Supervision Certificate Training. Can provide Supervision for both counsellors and those using Counselling skills.
