I have worked in a business knowing what it takes to progress a career and I have been a consultant and advisor to businesses across many sectors.
I have been a coach and mentor for 10 years and have enjoyed seeing people growing, building their skills and confidence and getting clearer about what they want to do and what skills and tools they need to get there.
I am a great listener and I will propose ways forward when it is needed but not tell you what to do.
I have invested time in understanding how and why people do what they do from my marketing insight background to my coaching and Psychotherapy training.
