About

I have a no BS approach to health and fitness and aim to use my knowledge of being in the fitness industry for up just over 10 years now, mainly as gym goer myself. Since 2014 I have held a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and in the last year, decided to complete my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and now undergoing my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification too.

I do this by having a MS Teams video call with the client once they have filled in my consultation questionnaire. Then we will discuss their goals and tailor them to the SMART acronym to ensure they are sustainable and realistic for the client.

The biggest thing I tell my clients, is that remaining consistent is the biggest key overall. Not every day, gym session or meal will be perfect, and it doesn't have to be. By keeping consistent and remaining accountable you can achieve anything!

I absolutely love seeing my clients achieve their goals and improve their confidence exponentially. These two things come hand in hand, and knowing I have played a part in helping them achieve them is massive.

I currently work full time in the emergency services and I had a couple of my close friends approach me for some help in the gym and I was more than happy too. They began achieving their goals and came to me for advice and knowledge regularly and this spurred me on to go and get my L3 PT qualification so that I could start helping more and more people.

My zero BS approach to training and keeping things simple is something most coaches neglect nowadays. There always seems to be some new FAD or diet plan, or new online programme that will help you lose "10kg of body fat in 8 weeks" - now whilst this may be entirely possible for some people, I feel it isn't sustainable and the right approach to ensure you achieve your goals and maintain them long term.

Yes I can. I am trying to move online full time due to still running the business part-time. So, a lot of my consultation calls, check-ins and programming is all done online. Fortunately, I am always available to be contacted via messages and if we need to book in a call, then I have plenty of flexibility to meet my clients needs.

I have a L2 in understanding health and nutrition, as well as the nutrition elements of my L3 PT qualification. I use my knowledge in this area to tailor clients calories and macronutrients to them to ensure we achieve their goals and make it sustainable. Whether that be a weight loss, maintain or weight gain goal, I’ll help you to the best of my ability.
