Focused Fitness is a new friendly personal training service based in Coventry and Warwickshire. Our trainers have a minimal of a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and years of experience, so you can be assured that you are in safe hands. We provide tailored fitness and nutrition plans to help our clients achieve their goals.

We understand that many people struggle to find the time to visit a gym. Therefore, as well as being able to offer sessions in a gym environment, we offer personal training at your home or outdoors. We also have a number of different session lengths to further meet your needs.

All first sessions are free. This gives you the opportunity to experience our service and decide whether you'd like to continue.
