I booked with Shanel because I also have adhd and I wanted guidance and support on how to navigate life now I have graduated from university and I am no longer living at home or with others. She was amazing, listened well and also funny which made me feel at ease. I will be booking more coaching sessions with her once I have a job x More...

I love being able to use my knowledge, compassion and listening skills to help others overcome obstacles in their lives.

Having struggled myself, due to my ADHD, I wanted to find a way to support others the way I wish I had been supported myself.

With my personal experience and qualifications in mindfulness, ADHD management, and meditation, I have to resources to allow an individual to flourish and grow at their own pace.
