What inspired you to start your own business?
My ultimate career goal was to start my own business and I identified a gap in the market for an outsourced accountancy services, targeting the SME world.
It was clear to me that SMEs are often in the position where they need more support than simply having their accounts prepared at the end of each financial year but are not yet of the size where they need an in-house finance team - Flourish Finance can bridge this gap, through the provision of all levels of service from Finance Administration to Finance Director.

We offer a bespoke solution - we understand that a 'one-size fits all' model is not appropriate when supporting our clients.
That's why, for all prospective clients, we research their business and conduct an initial call to fully understand their needs and also their plans.
During this call, we will discuss the services that we offer that meet the clients needs, before quoting...to ensure that the level of service and the cost of this, is appropriate.

Absolutely - we offer all of our services remotely and catch up regularly with clients via Teams/Zoom. For local clients, we meet regularly for catch ups.
